While generally responsive, you get the best results asking yes or no questions. Don't expect any real help towards specific questions regarding your task/project. They don't seem to bother trying to grasp the subject at hand, just enough to fire back a scripted answer.

The reason everyone hates Zoho customer service is because the program is so poorly written and so amazingly counter-intuitive that users just can't figure anything on their own. They have to call customer service for everything. How much can these poor customer support people possible do?
The only nice thing about Zoho is its price---if you don't count the number of hours of productivity loss you will suffer trying to figure out how do simple tasks.

My husband opened a cloud storage service on for his business. Although he did not take a very expensive subscription, and there were some issues to get the system finally started, the Zoho Success Team has always been very helpful in answering to all his questions. In the end the cloud software worked properly, and all questions were solved. I can only give a big thumbs up to the Customer Success Team of Zoho for their excellent and tireless support. I recommend everybody to work with Zoho.
