I purchased zoho books and payroll this year. I have found payroll support to be unavailable despite their claim that they have 24/5 phone support. Phone calls are on hold and then just go to voicemail. Emails are not responded to. Zoho seems like it would work well for a basic business, but if you need something a little different there are not clear ways how to do this. I will need to cancel my subscription if they cannot manage some simple modifications to a basic company set up. This is very dissappointing.
The system can be great and powerful as long as your business runs very basic processes. The integration between the different Zoho Apps is shockingly bad, and the logic applied to some of their flows can be detrimental to business. To top it off, the Zoho support is useless at the best of times. They can take up to 2 hours to sort out a simple issue over chat due to their delayed responses and 9/10 times they have no idea how to resolve the problem and resort to 'Sorry but we cannot change this'.
Zoho is not ideal for business.
Our account had a security breach to which I attempted to contact Zoho customer service (usa) numerous times, yet no response. Highly concerned and would NEVER suggest this company.
There is no customer support
I use their paid service and they say 24/7 customer service for paid member. This is not true.
I have opened ticket, sent several emails, multiple phone calls but no response from Zoho UK team.
I have now decided to move away from this.
Business will suffer, if you are with Zoho. Better use Google or Microsoft.
Expensive, Avoid... Most of modules not integrated and you need to download lots of individual apps for each and everyone...
