Hands down the WORST support I have ever had in 10 years. My colleague tried for 2 days to call support and he was either getting disconnected or they couldn't get their headsets to work, he then escalated to me and I tried, same experience, i was getting disconnected and the support couldn't get their headsets to work, after trying to call for a 8th time, I was getting my calls ignored, I had to call a separate department to then try and get transferred (that persons headset was bad) and then my call got dropped again! I had to call that other department again and demand a manager to get anywhere. They answered and his headset was working, we got a remote session and he helped fixed the issue. It shouldnt take 2 days, 2 of us and over 12 calls just to get someone on the phone with a working headset that can help! I build IT Support systems for a living, and ManageEngine and Zoho should be ashamed of themselves.

A lot of disparate cool services, but it is difficult to orchestrate into a single system.


Zoho support is none existent. I reported an issue nearly two years ago, as of today it has still not been fixed...... when I ask for updates, I get the following email

Support is none existent. Zoho was brilliant, but sadly no longer..... its turning into another AOL for its users. Real shame. Maybe time to change Zoho Cares to ZOHO DOESN'T CARE!!!

I have waited for a week for my problem to be sorted, my emails don't send. I'm promised a call back, they ask for a specific time to call and they dont call, last night someone called me at 10.30pm but I'm not near my laptop, today it should be 4pm but no one has called, last Friday it was supposed to be 3pm, 4 hours later they called but I didnt' get the call in time to answer, so frustrating. I bought extra storage last February but it was never applied, it has been credited from yesterday's date but i have lost 6 months, no one told me i had to go into the system to add it for use myself after I paid for it so how would i know to do it?

Did get a call back today and was helpful. They have knowledge to help but it is v time consuming.
