Extremely poor customer service. will not respond by phone. Takes 4-5 emails to actually get a call as they send multiple non response emails back and forth wasting time. Predatory practices such as if you need a single license over your allotted amount, you can only buy buckets of 10 additional licenses ... ummm, i have one extra employee, can i get another license? "No, you have to buy 10," and if you are in a multiple year contract, you cannot lower your license number if it goes back under your original allotment. We were at 41 but we only need 38. "We don't care, you have to pay for 50 for rest of your contract!" What is clear is that Wrike values profit over synergistic relationships. Money first. Customer second. Highly recommend you avoid this company. Too many other project management platforms actually care to settle for this experience.

Though Wrike provides good features, most of them have bugs and won't work the way they are supposed to function. I had a professional version which was good but the Enterprise version is full of errors and issues. To top it off, the support is only available during limited hours. Once you drop an email, there is back and forth for a couple of days before a call is scheduled. We are paying for the software and are having to push going live because of so many issues and inconsistencies. The issues are as basic as the user role access setup on the tool does not work. Whoever the task is assigned to can make any changes they want, reassign tasks, delete tasks, cancel tasks, etc. Absolutely frustrating.

Wrike is a great tool to help streamline workflow and develop systems around project management for your team.

Our department uses Wrike to take in requests for multimedia assets (video, stock photos, interactive activities, etc.).

We created statuses for the project cycle so our direct report and any stakeholders know what we are working on, what's in review, and the best one- what's completed!

My favorite view is Dashboard which gives me a perspective of everything on my to-do... And also which projects may need a follow-up.
