I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 weeks. You can't get intouch with your rep (which you need to do to cancel). I've been trying every couple of days and finally got a single response from my rep and now im still waiting for a reply to cancel my account.

Customer service said they charge you when it goes into the next month (which they did) and refund you when the rep cancels your account.

It's a JOKE!!

I have been with Sprout for 5 years and have recently decided to cancel due to their poor service, posts failing and high prices. After contract cancellation they continued to debit my account and are now ignoring my emails for a refund. Had to go to my card supplier to dispute the charge.

Sprout Social has some decent software but the sales department and customer service people use lies, deception and constant upsells to run their business.

Sprout Social is a sham. I'm currently trying to cancel this contract, and like everyone else, they say that I can't. I have not had a post go to Instagram in months and they will not help me with the issue. They send responses to my emails a week later and then don't follow up. They absolutely refuse to call me back. Support is non existent. I am at a loss and don't know how to stop this. Do not use Sprout Social!

I was under the impression that my account with them had been canceled. But last month I got billed again. After a week's worth of emails and even a phone call, I was told they were going to keep my money.
