Overview
Main Sequence Technology, Inc. is one of the world’s most successful developers of applicant tracking and staffing software. Tens of thousands of recruiters and human resources professionals rely on PCRecruiter every day, along with thousands of public users interacting with them.
Founded in 1998, Main Sequence Technology is a privately held Ohio Corporation. The company remains 100% in the hands of it’s founders, and has been GAAP profitable every period in its history. In addition to PCRecruiter branded talent solutions, Main Sequence executes custom projects and provides infrastructure for customers with aligned needs.
The core Main Sequence approach to talent acquisition is that high-performing recruiters are elite salespeople and that their sales performances are the highest-valued component in the chain. Recruiters are market makers of social capital, which grows in value by the day.
Recruiters who sell can be found in any setting; third party, corporate direct-hire, staffing, NGO, consulting… the list is endless, and so the market for Main Sequence solutions is nearly endless as well

Reviews
Better deal than others, and seems to be better support too. Takes a minute to learn to use it effectively, but they are helpful during the process. Reasonable cost when needed some custom help and training. Ryan seems like a straight-shooter on pricing and Jared was beyond helpful for support when I had some issues while I was learning how to best use the software.
