0 support for odoo enterprise. It´s a clown-show of customer service. Their documentation is poorly written. You cannot use their support forum until you watch the tutorials and then someone not affiliated with them answer with a half-baked solution. 7+ days and they haven´t responded a support ticket. I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing.


Very bad and slow customer service. Don't waste your money with them


Odoo seemed very promising but I can't get my head around this:

I signed up to odoo. Needed some functionality they didn't have out of the box so looked on their extensive apps marketplace and found the solution. Bought it only to then find out third party apps don't work for the cloud version of Odoo. Frustrating as it doesn't mention this anywhere on the product page for the app, but ok.

I contact them immediately asking for a refund since I physically can't use the app I've just bought. Refund refused as they state that it is in their FAQs that apps don't work with odoo online.

Frustrating enough that it wasn't made clearer in the first place (which type of odoo the app is compatible with should really be on the product page rather than hidden in FAQs) but to also refuse a refund is doubly frustrating and frankly weird behaviour that makes it seem like they don't care about their customers.

We bought a subscription, used it, tested some modules and they started to charge for such modules. Then we uninstalled some and they continued charging previous amount for a couple of months more.

During the testing of the system we also bought some apps from third parties. The apps did not work and after about 10 online meetings overnight, the softeare did not work. Odoo and the supplier refused to reimburse tthe money. It was around 400USD.

Then we decided to stop using the system and they continued charging our credit card. They charged USD 196 more to the card. Contacted them and they said that the money was going to be reimbursed but it never happened.

I deleted the credit card from my profile so they can not charge the card again but they kept the credit card information in the system. Today, 19/oct/2022 at 2.00 am, they again tried to charge 196 usd more to my credit card.

Had to talk to the bank and report fraud. The card is now being replaced and numbers will change. I hope this is the solution.....

Summary: lost a lot of money! It does not worth to work with scammers.

First of all, this is a comprehensive review of Odoo.

When you first register, there are times where some subscription you need to inform their message center, you are running on the free package.

It's just one way of Odoo do things, I encourage Odoo to fix this if possible.

Next, they have a wonderful team customer service.
Easy to learn, the videos are there.

Good for startup business, stage 1 of digital transformation.
