We are even developing apps and connectors through Monday's API to simplify access to all the information we have and integrate it with other data.

There is no support. you have to send an email and pick a time for only 20 min call. This is a very complicated CRM to set up.
We have been waiting over a week. Time is money. Invested a lot of time to get data into the system and need a little help finishing things up. I pay about 100 a month. This is rediculous!

Trustpilot is definitely easy to use. I love that I can onboard new employees super quickly on it. I've never had to reach out to support (which is a great thing in itself), so I can't speak for their customer service quality. But the overall experience is good and I would recommend!
