I recently had the chance to ask for Mailjet Support. They were extremely punctual and ready to help me solve the problem. Their instructions were clear and precise, the operator was friendly and willing to help. Definitely a service I recommend!


I was a happy customer of Mailjet for a while. Until we told the customer support that we suspected that there was someone that added a sender using our API key. What happened next was totally unexpected. They closed down the account, blocked every email that was supposed to go out. To resolve this block we had to work with the customer service, who responded very slow. We had to reset all the details of the account, and they seemed to forgot that I was the one telling them about the issue in the first place. Mailjet, never again.

Worst mass email program on the internet. Poorly designed, totally none intuitive, nothing is where you expect it. The interface is insanely frustrating with many ways to do the same thing but none to do what you want. Don't waste your time with the ultra high learning curve only to be throttled down to 10 emails an hour no matter how long you have run this program. We've been paying for it for years and still end up taking hours to do simple things. Worse every send attempt we are still made to wait.
