HubSpot is hands down the best CRM system

We have used multiple CRMs in our company. We transitioned to HubSpot last year for our marketing team. In the first few months we built out automation workflows for lead routing, we built out automation workflows for nurtures, and automation for the entire marketing pipeline.

The company was able to become more of a data driven organization by using custom built HubSpot reports.

Since then, we have transitioned our sales development, account executives, manager, and VPs into HubSpot as well.

This allowed us to narrow down our CRM systems we were using and have all our data in one place. Thus allowing for real time and accurate reporting on the entire pipeline marketing and sales.


We trialled the free package. On the face of it, it looks good. Easy to pick up and it automatically fills in info about potential customer profiles etc. However, it does not save info inputted for more than one user. So crucial facts such as sales visit info cannot be fed to a colleague taking on follow-up. In addition, timed tasks which you set reminders for do not 'ping' up nor even remain past the time they were set for. No, I won't be buying their paid-for version as the free version experience we have had was so poor. That said, I will give them 48 hours to make amends and will post here if they do so.

Integrations and all are good.
contact form integration is good. interface should have more colors so that users can differentiate between so many features packed.
