Starter plan for e-mail is not something that you can use if you just want to create a simple e-mail to your customers. You are forced to jump from 48 EUR to 700 EUR a month if you just want to have double opt in or a decent manage your preference page.

So I would recommend everyone to start looking somewhere else before jumping into HUBSPOT.

I have worked with several large vendors but this is a poorly way to address future customers. And their own CRM setup is not working. 2 min after i spoke with someone who could not help me. I get an e-mail from the same person on how they can help me.

Their billing department will start you on a low price discounted plan. Then raise the price significantly when your contract ends. I spoke to a rep to negotiate a lower price as we are a startup, they don’t respond and then raise the price the price on you. If you’re a startup, try not to get trapped in their billing games.

Worst CRM ever, incoming emails don't logged and it takes so much of my time just to manually log emails. Useless customer service making you go through 10,000 steps and wait for the problem to solves itself



Hubspot is one the most user-friendly systems I've used in a long time. The CRM is easy to setup and optimize according to your company's needs and goals, even with little knowledge on software systems. I love how easily you we can integrate various apps with our Hubspot account so that all our data is stored in one place. As a marketing specialist, I enjoy all the marketing tools in Hubspot which will make any marketer's life a whole lot simpler.
Hubspot is quick with updates, super easy to reach and always available when you need support.
