Need to have more flexible workflows and reports + need to be able to hide deal stages depending on views


Since swapping from Salesforce (don't bother) to HubSpot around 18 months ago it has really helped to streamline all our processes in the business including the customer journey. The support is quick and helpful, the software is incredibly user friendly, as well as customisable.

If you need simple CMS marketers can use then Hubspot is great tool. Although, if you need something more flexible, your business is growing, you need to scale up your site and user experience on it, choose something different.

The HS's performance is poor and you can't do much about it. If your users are placed in EU or Asia then except 1s - 1.5s TTFB.
Going deeper into performance, they don't respect google cache policy (and you can't change it ofc) so you will always get couple points less on page speed insights (if that's important for you).

Also, the docs are really poor. Sometimes it's outdated, sometimes there is no docs and you have to test and figure out how things work.
