Bought iOS System Recovery for Windows Yearly License from this reseller. They took my money quickly, competently and resolutely. Sent me an activation code. It did not work ("not recognized"). No replies to repeated e-mail and on-line text inquiries. FAQ outlines ridiculous, intricate process for getting help or refund from the software company (Tenorshare). Tried that but they do not recognize the order number so cannot help. Conclusion: Either this is a scam or over the top incompetence. Paid via Amazon so I had them refund immediately which, of course, they did. Stay away from these folks.


I mistakenly ordered something twice & then contacted FastSpring for a refund. They were fast & helpful & it went back into my bank account.

If you contact them via email to subscribe/ buy a product, they have no trouble responding. When you contact them to cancel/ get refunded for a product, you just get sent on a wild goose chase of different emails telling you to email another address.

It sounds exactly that I have been looking for long time and it could be that.
Unfortunately there are annoying bugs in there. After 20 minutes trial I found these:
1. The main menu rows cannot be opened unless the previous one has been closed. 2. Social links in bottom of the menu don't work. 3. No FAQ or Help page linked to the menu. 4. Proposals can be submitted by the client without setting the "mandatory" components. 5. Causeless restriction of image attachments for features and descriptions.
I would be qute happy to use this site but in lack of fixing these bugs it's just a pain.
