This is a fraud. Did not work for me and refused to refunds my money, not only that, their automatic renewal system recharged me gain the following month.

I sent an email to MyCommerce/Tenoshare support again and they claim they canceled my subscription. I hope they they will this time

Total scam - was sent bogus email re an account never had. Asked for bank details. I don't think so!

It should have been no stars these people take your money with the help of scammers like Xilisoft there is now no customer service. I can't believe these scammers are still getting away with this

Not sure why this business still running but it looks like I’m not the only one. I had unsubscribed for yearly subscription and they still took the money. I had to raise a dispute with paypal which really wasting my time. Do they try their luck by charging people that had been unsubscribed and hopefully they won’t realised ? It seems like a very dirty tactic.
